• Blow on your body.
• Blow on some water, drink some and sprinkle some water over your body.

• Write it on a piece of plain paper.

• Keep it below the pillow every night before sleeping.
• Also read it once every night.

Conditions for Dua to be Effective

• Be Punctual with your 5 obligatory prayers and other compulsory deeds of Islam
• Stay away from forbidden things.
